My role was Lead UX/UI designer. My design task was: to redesign the existing design system and support the new one.

Define project scope and develop roadmaps. Conduct workshops, user research (interviews, stakeholder analysis), and advocate for best design practices across teams. Mentor junior designers and collaboratively create user-centered screen designs based on research and ideation.

Conduct user testing to identify and address friction points in the user journey. Analyze user path performance through A/B testing and usability studies to drive improvements.

Informational portal for French Pharmacy company
My role was: UX designer.
We found that users weren't using the portal. β¨β¨Our research (heuristic analysis and user interviews) revealed that registration and password recovery were confusing, and the navigation was unclear.β¨β¨
We also crafted a well-organized customer journey map, and devised ideas and concepts to enhance the existing product in alignment with customer and stakeholder needs.

As a result, unnecessary elements were removed from the portal, the architecture was corrected towards clear and logical navigation, and the registration and password change options were communicated more clearly.

? Problem
The customer doesnβt have all in one useful solution for monitoring, calculating & manipulating of company energy sources.

Together with the team we are analyzing the first version of the MVP, making the research, ideation, validation, and building the new product from scratch with the new concept, functionality and design.

The existing resources do not include all the necessary virtual forms of control and management of meters in order not only to monitor the system, but also to receive detailed statistics and calculations with recommendations for optimizing resources.

Fighting climate change is one of the top priorities of the European Union (EU) and France. Both recently revised their targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, which increased to -55% by 2030.

Competent and timely control of resources will help companies to be environmentally friendly and receive tax refunds.

30+ enterprises for 300+ meters in each. Each meter must be monitored, managed efficiently, supplied on time, and not create an excessive carbon footprint.

Taking into account all the needs and scale of large companies to develop a platform with clear & simple navigation, emphasis on data visualization and timely notification of all system changes.

As a team we committed to launch scrappy solutions to get fast learnings and iterate. We were constantly tracking data amd interviewing stakeholders to see which experiments were successful, and which failed.

We were able to understand a new domain for ourselves, and in a short time make a simple solution that can be scaled for very different companies.
